The successful Contracts Manager will be based at the office in Cobham and will travel to sites when necessary. Projects managed will range from £1–£8 million, focusing on high-end refurbishments.The role will be largely focused on managing information from professional services, PQS, architects, subcontracts, and other third parties for two projects. A significant portion of site work is handled by a project manager, so the Contracts Manager’s focus is on efficiency, quality, and information flow.There is an opportunity for someone with the right skills and hunger to be trained up even if not all experience is present.Requirements
