Automotive Manufacturing Operative, Barton Business Park DE138BXFull-Time positions, Temp -PermOur client is seeking Manufacturing Operatives to join their team at the vehicle manufacturing plant located in Barton Business Park, DE13 8BX. As part of the production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing car interiors, working within one of the key production areas, including Assembly, Production Line, Quality Control, Plastic Injection Moulding, Wrapping, and Sewing.Hours of work:• 40 hours per week, working a one, two or three shift rotation• Days Only: 06:00 to 14:00• Two Shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm or TMUK 6am-2pm, 3:15pm-11:15pm• Three shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am• You will need to attend a 5-minute briefing prior to the start of your shift.Pay Rates:• Days only: £11.46• Two shift rotation: £12.26• Three shift rotation: £13.32• Overtime can be called up to 2 hours a day in line with the business needs• Overtime is paid at time and half after 40hours and Saturday and double time on Sunday.Benefits:• 33 days holiday• Pension scheme• Paid breaks• Free workwear and PPE• On-site canteen• Free on-site parking, with bike storage, and electric charger pod• Fully paid training• Prayer rooms• Agency to Client opportunities is reviewed on an annual basis and internal positions are available to all members in the factory form leading hand position, to shift leader UETSome of your responsibilities could be:• Working on our production line, running one of our manufacturing
