Provide nurse-led care in line with professional standards, guiding Residents and their families through decisions and care options.Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and model professional behaviours.Advocate for a person-centred approach to care for Residents and their families.Identify safeguarding concerns, understand the signs of abuse, harm or neglect, and escalate appropriately. Attend safeguarding training and undertake related development as required.Qualifications

Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in health or social care.Valid PIN and commitment to the standards of practice set by the NMC.Ability to mentor and supervise students; strong communication skills; professional behaviour.Passion for person-centred care and safeguarding responsibilities.Right to Work and Note
