Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer ready to take the lead on exciting residential and commercial projects? Our client, a growing building services consultancy in Central London, is looking for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their close-knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you''ll have real ownership of projects, plenty of client interaction, and the chance to make a genuine impact within a supportive and relaxed environment.

What you will be doing
* Leading mechanical and electrical design teams on a range of residential and commercial developments
* Managing projects from concept through to completion
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, fostering strong professional relationships
* Supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the team
* Ensuring design quality and compliance with industry standards

What they are looking for
* Around 8+ years of building services experience, ideally with both residential and commercial exposure
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) status (essential)
* Proven ability to lead projects and work directly with clients
* Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and leadership skills
* Someone who enjoys collaborating in a friendly team environment
