We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our clients expanding kitchen team at a beautiful country house hotel nestled in the Suffolk countryside. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in a stunning location, creating seasonal dishes that highlight the best of local produce, including ingredients from their own Victorian walled kitchen garden and on-site butchery. Whether you''re looking to grow your culinary career or want to be part of a creative and supportive team, this could be your perfect next step. The Role Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes. Support the preparation and execution of a seasonal menu using homegrown and locally sourced ingredients. Maintain a clean and efficient workstation Ensuring food safety standards are met. Contribute ideas for daily specials and assist in developing new menu items. Take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen during service. The Person Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up). A genuine passion for honest, seasonal food and sustainability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
