In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the organisation''s wellbeing initiatives, ensuring they support both colleagues and wider business objectives. A key part of the role will involve overseeing and managing the Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provision, ensuring services are effective, accessible and delivering a high quality experience for employees. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to embed a proactive wellbeing culture, provide insight and recommendations, and ensure wellbeing initiatives have meaningful and measurable impact.
