What''s on OfferSalary: 36,159 + 33% shift premium (approx. 48,000 total)Overtime paid at enhanced rates25 days holiday plus bank holidaysDeath in service benefit (2x annual salary)Company pension schemeEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)Free on-site parking Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out mechanical inspection of aerospace components at all stages of manufactureConduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs)Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and perform internal auditsUse precision inspection tools including verniers, micrometers, bore micrometers, height gauges, and DTIsIdentify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actionsConduct root cause analysis (5Y, 8D, SPC) and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) using FMEA, APQP, and PPAP methodologiesManage calibration control for all measurement instruments Skills and Experi
