Production / Quality EngineerRomsey, Hampshire £35,000 - £40,000 (Salary Dependent on Experience)We at JKR are excited to be supporting a forward-thinking manufacturing company, in recruiting for a brand-new Production Engineer position!Production Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:Provide support to management at all levels in achieving business objectivesComply with all Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental requirementsMaintain a strong understanding of all activities within the assigned work areasEnsure all physical workspaces consistently meet or exceed company housekeeping standardsCarry out any other reasonable duties as requested by managementConduct detailed tool inspections to ensure tools meet specification and are suitable for production useCarry out hands-on assembly and preparation of mould tools for production and development trialsPlan and perform tool trials to validate tooling performance, process capability, and product qualityRecord, analyse, and report trial results, identifying improvements and implementing corrective actions where requiredProduction Engineer Additional Skills and Attributes: Relevant qualifications, product knowledge, or industry experience preferredHands-on Mechanical backgroundFamiliarity with Quality Management processes, such as CAPA and Non-conformancesSelf-motivated with good time management and reliabilityAble to build professional relationships and work effectively as part of a teamFlexible, enthusiastic, and maintains a
