bout the role.We are looking for an experienced sous chef to join our team.Ideally,
youll
have a few years of working as a sous chef in a similar environment with experience in dynamic and creative environments.
Youll
be cooking in a kitchen that cares about the food it sends out and be working with amazing, fresh produce from some of the best suppliers in the country alongside a well-established and tight knit team

Dealing with suppliers

maintaining
strong relationships with key contacts.
Making sure that every dish reflects the quality and standard of our restaurant.
Maintaining a sense of calm and control during busy services.
Overseeing d
