• Ensuring students remain engaged with the work set by their usual teacher

• Providing brief feedback to school staff at the end of the lesson or day

• Hold QTS or QTLS, or have significant teaching experience

• Are confident managing classrooms and engaging students

• Can adapt quickly to new school environments and teaching situations

• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills

• Are open to teaching across different subjects or within their area of expertise
