Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established building services provider covering sites across the Bristol, Swindon and Gloucester region.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a stable role with a strong benefits package and varied building services exposure.
 
Duties:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on air conditioning systems
• Attending reactive breakdowns and fault finding on AC and associated HVAC plant
• Working on splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and FCUs
• Completing general building services maintenance when required
• Minor installation and remedial works
• Updating jobs via CAFM system and completing compliance paperwork
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety procedures

• City & Guilds Air Conditioning
• F-Gas qualified (essential)
• Proven experience in commercial AC maintenance
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Good understanding of general building services
• Full UK driving licence

• £45,000 - £50,000 salary
