You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of the directorate and enabling leaders to focus on delivering impact.Key responsibilities include:Providing full executive support including diary management, meetings and correspondenceActing as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholdersPreparing reports, presentations and documents to a high standardCoordinating meetings, events, away days and internal activitiesSupporting project delivery and ensuring deadlines are metManaging complex travel arrangements including itineraries and logisticsSupporting wider directorate activity and contributing to team effectivenessAbout you:Proven Experience: A successful track record of supporting directors
