Do you thrive on seeing children grow in confidence and ability£ A welcoming primary school is looking for a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to provide focused, 1:1 support to two pupils with additional learning needs across two year groups.

These pupils enjoy school life but benefit from tailored guidance to help them achieve their personal learning goals. Weandrsquo;re seeking someone who is positive, adaptable, and passionate about creating a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, under the guidance of class teachers and the SENCO
• Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff, parents/carers, and external professionals
• Encouraging independence, confidence and communication skills in learners

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• Has experience working with children with SEND (particularly ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech andamp; language needs)
• Is patient, empathetic and resilient with a strong sense of humour
• Communicates clearly and effectively
• Can work flexibly and adapt to the needs of individual pupil
• Hold classroom support qualifications (desirable)
