This short-term temporary position offers immediate start and provides an opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a dynamic environment, with potential to transition into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute targeted communication campaigns through CRM systems to engage a diverse audience. Utilise ZOHO CRM to segment contacts, personalise messages, and optimise campaign performance. Coordinate communication strategies aligning with marketing and organisational goals. Analyse campaign responses and generate reports to inform ongoing improvements. Ensure messaging complies with organisational guidelines and brand standards. Collaborate with other teams to support data management and campaign execution. Person Specification Proven experience working with ZOHO CRM or similar CRM platforms. Strong understanding of email and digital communication strategies. Ability to analyse data and interpret response metrics to optimise campaigns. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy. Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
