Key Responsibilities:

• Handling general enquiries and applicant registrations
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings
• Scheduling property valuations
• Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements
• Carrying out tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
• Preparing tenancy documentation
• Assisting with property sales negotiations

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Additional Information:
This position requires working on Saturdays, with a weekday off, alternate weeks.
