About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you’ll:

• Provide hands-on care, guidance, and support to children and young people.

• Act as a positive role model, inspiring both the children and your team.

• Keep accurate records, including daily logs, incident reports, and safeguarding documentation.

• Contribute to creating a nurturing, high-quality home environment in line with Ofsted standards.
   

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in children’s residential care, including managing challenging behaviours.

• A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)(desirable).

• A Full UK Driving Licence.

• Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and regular sleep-ins.
