They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Dartford area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Association contract. The Role: Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s) Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems. Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records Requirements: 2 years experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
