Registered Manager Residential Care (Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour) We are seeking a strong and experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. This is a leadership role requiring full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, staff management, compliance, and overall quality of care. The successful candidate must be confident in leading teams, making decisions, and driving standards to achieve and maintain a CQC rating of Good or above.
