This is a community-based role supporting patients with musculoskeletal conditions through high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy. The service is focused on patient-centred care, flexible access, and collaboration with advanced practice colleagues to ensure efficient care pathways. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality MSK physiotherapy to patients across the borough of Newham Independently manage a defined caseload, including complex cases, using sound clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, and deliver a range of therapeutic interventions Work autonomously while contributing to the wider team''s development and clinical standards Participate in the operation and delivery of gym-based rehabilitation as part of patient care Collaborate closely with Extended Scope Physiotherapists (ESPs), GPs with Special Interests (GPwSI), and consultants in Rheumatology and Orthopaedics to ensure seamless patient pathways Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with Trust policies Participate
