The Role

Lead and support a team of skilled night shift engineers

Oversee PPM and breakdown response across a wide range of kit

Drive performance through coaching, mentoring, and daily support

Carry out root cause analysis and support CI across the site

Ensure Health and Safety, food safety, and site standards are upheld

Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth handovers and communication

What We''re Looking For

Multi-skilled engineering background (electrical/mechanical) - ideally in food or FMCG

Previous leadership or senior engineer experience

Problem solver, clear communicator, and team builder

Calm under pressure and passionate about continuous improvement
