A well-established property and construction consultancy are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their London Building Surveying team. This Building Surveyor opportunity offers a varied workload across both professional Building Surveying instructions and project-led work within multiple property sectors. The Building Surveyor will work with a diverse client base, delivering core Building Surveying services while supporting the growth of existing client relationships. This Building Surveying position provides exposure to refurbishment projects, contract administration and wider consultancy services. The successful Building Surveyor will be based in London and work as part of an experienced Building Surveying team.

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a respected consultancy with an established presence across the UK property market. The business provides Building Surveying, property consultancy and project services to investors, occupiers and commercial clients. This Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from a varied workload, strong team support and opportunities to contribute to business development activities.

As the Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of professional and project-based surveying instructions while supporting client growth and team development.

The role will include:

* Delivering core Building Surveying services across a range of property types

* Undertaking contract administration duties on refurbishment projects

* Managing project instructions from inception through to completion

* Developing and maintaining client relationships

* Assisting with the generation of new business opportunities

* Managing assignments for investor and occupier clients

* Producing reports and professional advice

You will be an experienced Building Surveyor with a strong technical background and the ability to manage projects and client relationships effectively.

The Senior Building Surveyor must have:

* MRICS qualification

* Strong experience in professional and project-led Building Surveying services

* Contract administration experience

* Experience managing client relationships

* Strong organisational and workload management skills

* Ability to support and mentor junior surveyors

* -60,000 - -70,000 pa (dependant on experience)
