Our client are a precision manufacturing company, who are looking to strengthen their team by hiring an experienced Senior Account Manager, with industry experience. Role Purpose: We are looking for a commercially astute, self-starting Senior Account Manager with a strong background in complex manufacturing or engineering environments. You will take immediate ownership of key customer accounts and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success and operational excellence. The Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for leading and managing the account management team to drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships. This role will oversee key customer relationships, develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the company meets performance, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. You will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a track record of success in account management and customer success.
