TieTalent . The Senior Building Surveyor will have a hybrid option. The role is with a medium, well-connected Building Consultancy that provides excellent exposure to commercial clients. The office is a short walk from St Pauls.

The Senior Building Surveyor will work across multiple markets, supporting a range of clients such as high-end commercial clients, media firms, sporting organisations and super-prime residential. Responsibilities include condition surveys, dilapidations, TDD, contract administration, employer’s agent work and project management. Directors come from solid Building Surveying backgrounds and have ambitious growth plans for the business. There is potential for yearly reviews with promotion toward Associate Building Surveyor. Typical project values range between £12m - £16m.

Responsibilities

Work on condition surveys, dilapidations, TDD, contract administration, employer’s agent work and project management.

Support a variety of clients across high-end commercial, media, sporting and super-prime residential sectors.

Collaborate with directors and contribute to the growth of the business, with projects typically valued £12m–£16m.

Qualifications

Consultancy/private practice background

6-10 years experience

Understanding of building defects, party walls, dilapidations, condition reports, contract administration, measured surveys

Ideally MRICS

Degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate

Enthusiastic character; confident in front of a variety of clients

Salary and Benefits

£60,000 - £70,000
