The firm is in an exciting period of growth, having recently appointed a new conveyancer who you will work with.This role offers the chance to work closely on a one-to-one basis with an experienced Conveyancer, as part of the conveyancing team itself - not within a separate admin function. With 90% of clients based locally across Cheshire, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, client-focused residential property service.The Role:Liaising with clients, estate agents and third partiesManaging updates on the case management systemDrafting and issuing completion packsHandling exchanges and being responsible for completionsThe firm uses Leap and Infotrack case management systems, so experience with these platforms would be advantageous.The Candidate:A minimum of 6 months experience within a Residential Conveyancing departmentStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent telephone manner and client communication skillsA professional, polite and personable approachThis role would particularly suit someone focused, proactive and keen to develop their long-term career within a growing conveyancing team.Salary and Benefits£28,000-£29,000 salary (dependent on experience)Performance-related bonus schemeMarket-leading salary
