Where no two days are the same.Your RoleWe are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking BIM Manager to join our growing Digital Continuity and Manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering our BIM strategy across a range of infrastructure and engineering projects, with a particular focus on the Energy and Utilities and Defence sectors.You will play a key role in evaluating digital platforms, establishing robust Common Data Environment (CDE) practices, and advising on software solutions that support our clients’ digital transformation goals.You will join a team working on high-profile infrastructure and engineering projects, contributing to the development and implementation of digital engineering strategies. You will use creative problem-solving skills to formulate, develop, and deliver BIM and digital platform solutions.Your profileLead the evaluation and implementation of software platforms for design, construction, and asset information management.Provide consultative input on digital tool selection, including conducting market surveys, RFIs, and vendor interviews.Ensure platform compatibility with automation, prefabrication, and digital delivery workflows.Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards, and protocols aligned with ISO 19650.
