HR Projects Partner

We''re looking for an experienced HR professional with strong project management skills to join our client''s HR team as an HR Project Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you''ll lead and deliver multiple HR projects, ensuring each initiative supports commercial goals and is delivered on time. Job Title: HR Project PartnerLocation: WinnershContract: 6-month Fixed TermWorking Pattern: Full-time preferred; part-time (4-day week) consideredSalary: Circa 45,000 per annum (pro rata) Key Responsibilities:Plan and lead recruitment activitiesOversee and enhance onboarding programmesImprove performance review processes for greater consistency and impactSupport succession planning strategiesDesign and implement employee development pathwaysConduct and evaluate exit interviewsPrepare and interpret HR reports and key workforce metricsIdentify opportunities for improvement based on data insightsContribute to compensation and benefits initiativesConduct salary benchmarking, monitor market trends and regulatory updatesLead employee engagement and recognition programmes What We''re Looking For:CIPD Level 5 qualified4-5 years of HR generalist experienceSolid grasp of employment legislation and HR best practicesStrong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and market benchmarkingHigh attention to detail, especially in payroll and complianceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesIntegrity and dis
