We re recruiting for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business in Haddenham on a 2 3 month temporary contract, starting ASAP.You ll be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, updating internal systems, coordinating with internal departments, supporting customer accounts and providing general administrative support to the commercial team.We re looking for someone with previous customer service or administration experience, strong communication skills, good attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office.
