JOB REF: • The role will primarily involve advising and assisting clients on all aspects of wills, probate, Court of Protection deputyships, powers of attorney, and private trusts / settlements. This will include, where appropriate, matters relating to income and capital taxation, tax-efficient planning, and long-term care planning.• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years'' PQE, with strong technical experience and a comprehensive understanding of private client matters.
