We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong bias towards air conditioning and HVAC systems to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising a wide range of building services and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on air conditioning systems (split units, VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs, etc.). Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, recordkeeping. Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs. Monitor and maintain BMS systems and ensure optimal performance of HVAC controls. Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and maintain accurate service records. Liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate specialist works. Respond to emergency breakdowns and participate in an on-call rota if required. Contribute to continuous impr
