A highly regarded boutique asset manager is seeking to expand their Alternatives investment team.The purpose of this role is to analyse alternative investments and source investment ideas from a broad investment universe including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and renewables.Key responsibilities:Research and monitor alpha generating ideas within the alternative investment universePresent research and analysis to the rest of the investment teamSupport Portfolio Managers on investment exposure to alternative investmentsProactively source new ideas and map the alternatives marketProduce written research pieces on alternatives marketContribute to the asset allocation processIdeal Profile:4-7 years relevant manager research experience within the alternatives sectorExcellent interpersonal skillsIdeally CFA or CAIA qualificationHighly numerate with an analytical approachStrong attention to detailDegree level educated
