Inc. replacing lightbulbs, faulty equipment cables, wiring, circuit breakers, fusesReporting to the Property and Estates Director and the Maintenance ManagerAssist with Breakdown and Emergency CalloutsTaking responsibility and showing respect for your colleaguesDemonstratable skills in General Construction practicesBasic carpentry works, fix doors and locks, install door closures, etcPlumbing repairs/leak finding, faulty taps/sinks, waste pipesUnderground drainage blockages and subsequent clearance via rodding/etcGeneral building fabric repairsRepair or advise replacement of general hardwareIT infrastructure problem solving/repair: faulty data cabling/date outlets/etcPainting and decorating skillsAttend to members of staff promptly when called uponAbility to identify and repair a reported maintenance problemGood understanding of verbal and written EnglishAdherence to Health and Safety standards at all timesHarts Group WayWere excited to hear from candidates who bring curiosity, commitment, and a passion for Hospitality.
