High Level Teaching Assistant Required

Academics a leading teacher recruitment agency are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within our friendly village primary school in South Staffordshire on a supply basis.

The role will include:

• Covering 2 afternoons of PPA across the school each week.

• Providing general classroom support for the remainder of the week, working closely with teachers to support learning and wellbeing.

• Delivering small group interventions where required.

• Supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).

• Has experience working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

• Is flexible, reliable and able to adapt to the needs of the school.

• Is passionate about supporting children''s learning and progress.
