Finance, Tax and Treasury Manager (13 FTC) – London, United Kingdom. 13-month fixed-term contract with a listed business services company.We’re pleased to be partnering with a listed business services company based in London who are looking for a Finance, Tax and Treasury Manager to join the team on a 13 month FTC.The core knowledge base is the Tax element, with comprehensive IFRS knowledge and the ability to support and push back on senior stakeholders while being hands-on.The ideal candidate will typically come from a Big 4 / Top 10 Tax background and is either moving into industry to broaden accounting/finance experience or has already moved from practice into industry with some relevant exposure.Key responsibilities

Core tax compliance including: corporate taxes (filings, half-year and year-end accounting under IFRS, federal and state taxes), transfer pricing, VAT and US sales taxes, and keeping abreast of changing tax laws to develop proposals for tax efficiency and compliance.Treasury: oversee daily treasury activities, forecasting and liquidity requirements; review and approve weekly supplier payment runs; lead cash management strategic projects (working capital improvement).Annual report production: full ownership of back-half financial statements and consolidation; project management of front-half production and support drafting narrative; ad hoc support on technical papers; accounting for share-based payments.Ad-hoc responsibilities: supporting the annual budget process.Qualifications and experience

Background in Tax from Big 4 / Top 10 firms with demonstrated IFRS experience.Ability to support and challenge senior stakeholders while performing hands-on accounting and finance tasks.Willingness to expand knowledge into broader Accounting and Finance with team support.How to apply
