Kinetic Industrial are supporting a leading medical services provider in the recruitment of a Production Supervisor.This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm.Responsibilities: Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to strict quality standards Supervise and support the team to deliver on production targets and performance goals Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) standards Maintain and monitor quality assurance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date Support the Production Manager with planning, organisation, and continuous improvement initiatives Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high standards across all operations Provide staff training and ensure all colleagues are informed and compliant with health and safety proceduresRequirements: Previous supervisory experience within a production or healthcare environment (advantageous) Educated to a good general standard with strong numerical and communication skills Basic IT skills - able to use track and traceability systems confidently Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to work Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressureDetails: Permanent position Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm 29,171 per annum Overtime and unsociable hours allowances available 25 days holida
