We are looking for a Project Manager with significant experience of Net Zero Retrofit grant funding contract management to successfully deliver Hexagon''s Social Housing Fund Wave 3 Programme for energy and thermal improvement measures. Reporting to the Stock Improvement Manager, you will lead on the delivery of energy and decarbonisation programmes based on asset data to meet specified targets (i.e. EPC Level C 2030, and Net Zero 2050) and draw down secured funding over the next two years.
