About the Role You will work alongside teachers and other professionals to support pupils with a range of complex needs, including: Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)Communication and sensory needs Your responsibilities will include assisting with learning activities, promoting independence, and ensuring pupils feel safe and engaged throughout the school day. What We''re Looking For Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential.Additional training such as PECS, Makaton, Team Teach, or similar would be highly advantageous.A patient, adaptable, and positive approach to supporting pupils with diverse needs.
