Site / Project Manager Restaurant Refurbishment Project Location: Central Birmingham Duration: 9 weeks Start Date: 22nd September Rate: £250-£270/Shift We are currently seeking an experienced Site / Project Manager to oversee a fast-paced restaurant refurbishment project in the heart of Birmingham. This is a key role for a motivated individual with a strong track record in fit-out and refurbishment, especially within the hospitality or retail sectors. Project Overview: The works involve a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing restaurant space, including: Alterations to the existing layout Installation of new electric kitchen equipment New servery counters and joinery Full renewal of wall, floor, and ceiling finishes Modifications to existing building services (MEP) to suit the new layout Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of site operations to ensure project delivery on time and to budget Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and trades Ensuring health and safety compliance at all times Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers Managing project documentation and reporting progress Quality control and snagging Requirements: Proven experience managing refurbishment/fit-out projects, preferably within restaurants or hospitality SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to interpret drawings and specifications Excellent communication and problem-solving abiliti
