Our client is a fast growing D&B fit out contractor specialising within the landlord market CAT A & B fitout/refurbishments sectors.

The role will involve overseeing a £1.2m CAT B fit out to commercial office along with shower and meeting rooms. Starting in May my client wants to appoint the role now to allow the successful applicant to be part of the pre construction and lead in phase. 

The main duties for the role will involve overseeing the day to day running of the project from inception through to completion, chairing stakeholder engagements and the day to day running of the project, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.
