Commercial Manager
Our client based in Oxfordshire is seeking a commercially astute Commercial Manager to operate at the centre of complex, high-profile government programmes. This is a hands-on role where you ll lead contract strategy, influence key stakeholders, and drive performance across multiple projects in a highly regulated environment.Responsibilities: Owning the full contract lifecycle for major government/defence programmesLeading complex negotiations, contract changes, and commercial strategyEnsuring compliance with SSRO, DSPCR and Procurement Act 2023Managing profitability, cash flow, and financial performanceActing as the key commercial interface with stakeholdersSupporting bids and identifying/mitigating commercial risk Requirements for the role: Degree in Business, Law, or similarProven background in commercial/contract management within defence or aerospaceStrong, hands-on experience with SSRO and UK government contractsTrack record of negotiating complex agreements and managing contract financialsConfident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skillsAbility to handle multiple high-value contracts simultaneouslyStrong MS Office / GSuite capabilityProactive, solutions-focused mindset You must have: Eligible for Security Clearance and DBSRight to work in the UKWillingness to travel Our client offers a competitive salary + comprehensive benefits, Private healthcare and strong pension.If you are seeking a high-impact role with real ownership and visibility, then look no
