On offer is the exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join a rapidly growing self-built business who are fast becoming a major player within the industry.

In this role, you will be managing a team on various self-build projects from inception, through to completion, dealing with client and customer queries on technical specifications as well as liaising with key stakeholders.

This role would suit a Project Manager with Construction background that is looking to join one of the leading companies in this space.

The Person:

* Project Management background.
* Construction background.
* Happy to travel with the role.

The Role:

* Manage and respond to daily project requirements, produce progress reports, and attend weekly meetings.
* Manage projects from inception to completion - ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
* Organize operating and maintenance instructions for projects.
