Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Support pupilsandrsquo; development across core subjects including English, Maths, and Science
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels safe and valued
• Use formative and summative assessment to track progress and tailor learning
• Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each childandrsquo;s journey
• Contribute to the wider school community through assemblies, trips, and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching in KS1, ideally in Year 2 (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Be a caring, reflective, and enthusiastic practitioner
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Be committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and the wellbeing of all pupils
• Possess excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Be eager to collaborate with a passionate team and engage in ongoing professional development
