Supply Desk are seeking outreach support workers for shift work at a residential SEND school in the picturesque New Forest

Starting from June 2025

Hours: Full time

Pay: up to andpound;13 per hour

Job Description:

• Desire to support children with additional needs with day to day activities
• No personal care required
• Supporting 10 children to socialise, do homework and organise their daily routines
• Be caring, empathetic, confident and firm
• Liaise closely with other support workers taking over shifts
• Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract (40 hours a week)
• Location: Lymington
• Start Date: June 2025
• Contract Length:andnbsp;Long Term andndash;andnbsp;Potential to become permanent
• Hours:andnbsp;40 hours per week (shift work) andnbsp;2 weekends out of 4 will be working

Individual Profile:

• A nurturing and caring nature
• GCSE Maths and English to A- C grade
• Experience of working with additional needs (desirable)
• Passionate, enthusiastic and resilient individual
• Adaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situations
• First Aid trained or be willing to be trained
• Have access to your own car with a clean driving license
