They are now seeking a Group Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to shape and deliver a proactive, values-led approach across their diverse settings.Key Responsibilities of the Group Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager:Lead the development and implementation of a positive, learning-focused health, safety and wellbeing cultureProvide strategic advice to senior leaders and the Board, using insights to influence decision-makingStrengthen governance, reporting systems, and compliance across the organisationManage a national team and network of health and safety representativesCollaborate with operational leaders and HR to embed effective health and wellbeing practicesThe Successful Group Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager will have:Experience in health and safety, ideally within the social care sectors or housing industryA NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and IOSH membershipA track record of influencing across multiple levels of seniority and driving organisational changeExcellent leadership and communication skills with a collab
