Key Responsibilities:• Lead a room catering to children aged 2 to 5• Plan and deliver stimulating activities in line with EYFS• Oversee daily routines and support junior staff• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment

Requirements:• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher• Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience• Strong EYFS knowledge and observation skills• Excellent communication and planning abilities
