Location:

To create the best experience for this employee and to meet the business needs, this role requires you to be located within the EMEA region with right-to-work status for the country you reside in.You''ll drive growth by managing a dual-focus sales approach: nurturing a large book of Tier 3 customer accounts while proactively pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary objectives include:Delivering net new revenue through account management and lead conversion

Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using structured methodologies like MEDDIC

Driving commercial negotiations and customer acquisition with a consultative approach

Expanding customer relationships through land-and-expand strategies

Key Responsibilities:Convert qualified leads into new business logos, successfully landing and maintaining them for growth

Leverage industry and product knowledge, alongside cross-functional resources to identify and deliver value

Utilize Salesforce and Gong for accurate revenue forecasting

Maintain rigorous account documentation and system hygiene

Continuously upskill to align with evolving product and market needs

Ideal candidates are adaptable sales and account management professionals passionate about sustainable business growth and customer success.RequirementsCommercial PerformanceEvidence of being a top performer in driving revenue and quota attainment.

Strong opportunity progression metrics

Evidence of managing/closing high-volume opportunities through to successful Engagement

Demonstrated proficiency with Oyster’s pricing models and qualification of expectations

Full-cycle sales experience in small/mid-market deals

Experience in both new business sales and account management

Sales MethodologyProficiency in MEDDICC and 3 Why''s frameworks

Data-driven pipeline management

Structured lead/opportunity qualification and nurturing

Professional CapabilitiesExperience/understanding of the global employment environment

Navigating internal processes effectively (e.g Empower)

Long-term relationship maintenance with senior-level contacts and budget-holders

Familiarity in navigating Oyster’s processes and internal teams.

Strong team collaboration

Autonomous working in distributed global environments

Proactive approach, comfortable with ambiguity
