Nestled in the coastal town of Fife, our beautiful, purpose-built care home provides high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 68 residents.

It’s a warm, welcoming place where residents feel safe, supported, and right at home – day or night.

What we offer: £13.20 per hour 38.5 hours per week £500 Welcome Bonus- (a warm thank you for joining us, paid after 6 months once you’ve settled in and passed probation) Pension Onsite Parking Paid PVG Uniform Provided 5.6 Weeks Annual Leave (Based on a full-time contract) About the role: Now, we’re looking for a compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team – someone who understands the importance of dignity, comfort, and companionship in the quiet hours.

You’ll be a calm, steady presence on the night shift, helping residents with their bedtime routines, offering reassurance during wakeful moments, and supporting those who need a little extra help throughout the night.

Whether it''s a gentle word, a cup of tea, or simply sitting with someone who can’t sleep, your care will mean everything.

About you: Working closely with our clinical and care team, you’ll follow individual care plans, assist with personal care, and keep a close eye on residents’ wellbeing – ensuring any concerns are shared promptly with the nurse in charge.

You’ll also contribute to keeping our home clean, calm, and safe throughout the night, ready for a fresh start every morning.

We’d love to hear from you if you’ve already got experience in care (ideally 6 months or more), or if you bring the right values and the willingness to learn.

An SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is a bonus, but not essential if you’re passionate, reliable, and have a warm, respectful approach to supporting older people.
