The purpose of this role is to provide strategic recommendations and manage resources to meet the Client’s marketing needs. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, understanding client insights, leading daily activities, identifying new business opportunities, managing and developing the team, and collaborating with other departments to develop strategies that grow the Client’s business.

Role Purpose
This Fixed Term Contract role leads social media efforts on a key Dentsu Creative B2B account within the Telecommunications sector, focusing on delivering top-tier social content that resonates with audiences and provides measurable value to our client.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple social accounts, managing teams to deliver high-quality content and channel management
Manage social retainers and campaign planning, ensuring deadlines are met
Oversee content creation from ideation to production, and community management, maintaining brand consistency
Coordinate with strategy and creative teams to align social content with brand strategy and plan future campaigns
Measure content performance through benchmarks and KPIs, reporting regularly
Manage client and campaign budgets to ensure financial viability
Collaborate across the Dentsu network to align social plans with media, influencer, and PR strategies
What You Bring
Extensive experience in social media roles, with expertise in platforms and best practices
Experience with B2B and B2C clients
Hands-on experience in strategy, content creation, community management, boosting, and reporting
Proficiency with platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Falcon, Sprout Social
Knowledge of social trends, creative practices, influencer marketing, paid social, and measurement
Client management experience and team leadership skills
Understanding of social integration with other channels like media, influencer, PR, and eCRM
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
Experience in new business development and pitches
