Role Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Cashier to oversee financial transactions, banking, and client payments while ensuring strict compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules. Working in a busy office environment, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining office and client ledgers

• Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial information

• Processing transactions, including receipts and payments (bank transfers, cheques, etc.)

• Producing weekly and monthly financial reports

• Invoicing clients for services rendered and managing overdue payments

• Processing purchase ledger invoices

• Checking completion packs

Person Specification:

• Previous experience as a Legal Cashier is essential

• Strong knowledge of Solicitor''s Accounts Rules

• Proficient in Excel
