Front of House Security Receptionist
Receptionist (part time hours) Our client is looking for a professional Security Receptionist to join our front-of-house team at a commercial building. Monday to Friday: 10am to 4pm This is a client-facing role where excellent communication and customer service skills are just as important as maintaining security standards. Your duties will include: Covering the main reception desk Greeting visitors, handling enquiries, and assisting tenants Managing deliveries and access for contractors and visitors Providing a visible and welcoming front-of-house presence Supporting building security protocols and safety checks Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Valid SIA licence (useful not essential) First Aid qualification (preferred) Previous front-of-house or reception experience Strong communication skills and a professional approach This role is best suited to someone with proven front-of-house security or reception experience who can balance professionalism with vigilance, ensuring tenants and visitors receive an excellent first impression while maintaining a secure environment.
