As a Civica Cx System Specialist, you will be responsible for system improvements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other platforms. You will also manage data quality, create reports using SQL and Power BI, and develop training materials to promote best practices across the organisation. You will have hands-on experience with Civica Cx or similar systems, strong technical skills in SQL and reporting tools, and a background in project delivery, testing, or business analysis.
